The OBJECTIVES of the Bible Consultants of America,
Inc. are:
1. To assist member private faith based Bible consultants
to achieve CERTIFICATION with the Bible Consultants of America,
Inc. through quality peer review, onsite certification visits,
verifying data, to BCA and FBC Bible based standards.
2. To
avoid any violation of the Establishment Clause of the First
Amendment
to the United States Constitution,
3. To avoid payment of
state imposed base fees that constitute a tax on its member
private faith based Bible consultant ministries,
4. To provide
access
to Bible
consultant leaders with established track records,
5.
To provide an organization that supports faith based Bible
consultant with freedom to practice in the words of Martin Luther, ‘Sola
Scriptura’,
6.. To distinguish quality faith based Bible consultants
from dishonoring religious ones,
7. To provide ongoing
assistance from among member faith based Bible consultants
for starting and
maintaining quality faith based Bible consulting
programs,
8. To provide member private faith based Bible consultants
with
joint
legal representation for religious freedom issues
that support the mission and purpose of the BCA,
9. To serve
member private faith
based Bible consultants with prudent and frugal
financial guidelines.
10. To provide member private faith based
Bible
consultants
with
proper guidelines for maintaining quality consulting
records,
11. To provide member private faith based Bible
consultants with assistance
in arranging for another Bible consultants
or Bible consultant agency to keep and service consulting records
in the event of closure,
12.
To provide member private faith based Bible
consultants
with guidance and direction in library and other learning
resources and how they
can provide, ensure, and maintain access for
their
consultees to these information resources and services,
13. To provide guidance
to member private faith based Bible consultants
in developing new programs and operational procedures,
14.
To have
member private
faith based Bible consultants in compliance
with reasonable “Fair
consumer practices,” physical plant
safety, and fraud statutes,
15.
To provide member private faith based Bible
consultants with guidelines and/or assistance in investigation
and resolution of complaints
regarding their Bible consulting,
16. To provide
member private faith based Bible consultants with guidelines
and/or assistance
in generally accepted accounting practices
for prudent financial management especially for unearned consulting
fees and future permanent
records management,
17. To involve member
private faith based Bible consultant personnel in carrying
out the objectives of the BCA
including the peer review process,
18. To
provide consulting services for member private faith based
Bible consultants through Consultlee & Associates,
Inc.
19. To represent member private faith based Bible consultants
before any private, educational, consulting,
or governmental agency.
