*A Headcount is determined as follows: A student enrolled for more than zero credit hours in courses offered for degree or certificate credit or a student who meets the criteria for classification as a remedial student in the twelve months prior to your application/renewal date, both on and off campus, as well as, in state, out of state, and foreign or international.

*Students are NOT included in headcount when your institution does not receive any income through scholarships, work scholarships, or donations, for that student's audit, degree, certification, or remedial studies.

II. Certification Visit Fees

1. $250.00 to CPCA plus actual expense costs incurred by CPCA staff member.
2. Travel, lodging, and food costs for 3 main CPCA Review Team Members which includes CPCA staff member. Whenever possible costs will be split between 2 or more colleges being done during the same trip.
