Headcount is determined as follows: A student enrolled for more than
zero credit hours in courses offered for degree or certificate credit
or a student who meets the criteria for classification as a remedial
student in the twelve months prior to your application/renewal date,
both on and off campus, as well as, in state, out of state, and foreign
or international.
*Students
are NOT included in headcount when your institution does not receive
any income through scholarships, work scholarships, or donations, for
that student's audit, degree, certification, or remedial studies.
